He easiest way to return your coffee for Royal Mail deliveries is to:
- Use the same address label from your initial delivery if you still have the box (if you do not have the label, please contact us and we can re-send via e-mail)
- Cross out your delivery address, leaving our returns address on the side.
- Go to https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems
- Type in the Tracking code from the label.
- Arrange a date for collection.

*Refund will be 100% of value of unopened boxes or bags. Refund excludes any original shipping charges incurred at point of purchase.
Royal Mail Delivery & Tracking Notifications
The easiest way to track your parcel is to click 'view your order' within your original BOSECO e-mail order confirmation. Then click on the Royal Mail tracking number to see the status of your delivery.
Royal Mail will also send updates via text message if you have provided a phone number.
Please allow a full 5 working days from order before contacting us regarding a late delivery.
There are two ways to access your subscription:
1) Head over to https://boseco.uk/account/login if you chose to sign-up to a general BOSECO account when you purchased. Subscription details can be found there.
2) You can access your subscription portal directly from the link sent in your initial purchase. Search your inbox for "Your recurring order purchase confirmation from BOSECO", then click on Manage Subscriptions link from within the message.
Don't worry if you are still unable to access after trying these steps. Get in touch with us directly and we will resend an account invite plus a link to your subscription portal.
Once you have accessed your subscription details, you will see four main sections:
Manage Upcoming Deliveries. Use this section to amend dates, product quantity & delivery frequency. Or just hit 'skip' if you are overloaded with coffee and need to skip the next delivery.
Here, not only can you edit your existing subscription, but also swap products, reactivate cancelled subscriptions, or cancel your subscription. If you need your coffee asap, just hit 'order now' and we will ship the next available working day.
Manage Billing Info.
Use this section for updating card details, billing address, and email address.
Editing Existing Shipping Address.
Click on the 'Shipping' Tab on the top menu and edit your existing subscription shipping address to your new address.
Browse Purchase History.
This section gives you a quick overview of all your historical orders

How Does Your Subscription Service Work?
Our subscribe and save products are an easy way to reduce the hassle or re-ordering your BOSECO coffee.
You will find them located in a separate collection to the main shop: https://boseco.uk/collections/boseco-subscriptions-coffee-pod
- Subscribe and save 20% on BOSECO coffee where you can opt for delivery every 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks.
There is no tie in period so you cancancel anytime via your account.
Your subscription can also be amended at any point, so if you want toswitch products at anytime,then no problem!
Redeeming Loyalty Points
There are two ways to use your BOSECO loyalty points:
Copy the code from within your rewards redemption section, and paste in the discount section of the check out if you are simply re-ordering
For existing Subscribers, head across to your subscription portal from within your account. Then go to your active subscription and find the 'ADD DISCOUNT' button. Paste the discount here and your savings will automatically be applied to your next discount!
How Does the Rewards System Work?
Our New BOSECO Club gives you rewards from the get go!
Sign-Up for An Account and you will automatically receive points worth £2.50 just for joining!
For every £1 you spend with us, you then get 5 Point added to your account.
Plus you get additional points on your 5 purchase worth a further £10, as well as £5 worth in points on your birthday!
You can redeem points using unique codes at every 500 points earned. So for example:
- At 500 points you can redeem £5 off your next order
- At 1000 points you can redeem £10 off your next order.
- At 2000 points you can reedeem £20 off your next order
How Does Refer a Friend Work?
Referring a friend couldn't be easier!
Simply add your friend's email address and leave us to drop your friend a quick message.
If your friend clicks on the unique link we sent, and then spends over £30, they will automatically credited with £10 worth of points, and you will automatically be credited with £10 worth of points.
Applies only to new user accounts - your friends.
Are BOSECO Coffee Pods Compatible with Nespresso Machines?
Our capsules are backed up with a 100% guarantee for nespresso compatible machines that use the smaller original sized nespresso pods. The most popular brands for machines are magimix, krups and de'longhi.

Please note that Vertuoline Nespresso Machines, which use the really big dome shaped Vertuo Nespresso Pods, are not compatible with BOSECO Coffee Pods.
Are BOSECO pods suitable for vegans?
With the use of a biodegradable seal paper, you won’t find any aluminum in Coffee pods BOSECO.
Instead, the biomaterial in Coffee pods BOSECO is based mainly on renewable raw materials whose monomers originate from the synthesis of microbial fermentation.
The main raw materials used are starch, glucose, vegetable fibers, inorganic filler materials, and biodegradable additives.
This makes Coffee pods BOSECO entirely GMO-, gluten-free, and vegan.
